It moreover serves as a yoke stratify to repair sections.Handsunromantic by brush. Useful as a bonding wage-earner to repairs section. Useful as an ingredient to waterproofing mortars/concrete. Excellent as a protective stratify to rebars/cementitious sub strates. Technical Data Directions For Use Areas of using : Waterproofing of terrace, toilets, chajja, masonry walls, slopping RCC roofs, etc. Repairs to RCC members Waterproofing mortars / concretes In repair mortars / concretes Total solid content : 34 ± 2 %. Specific Gravity : Approx 1.00 Ph : 8-9 Coverage : 20-22 sq. ft/kg. (Britcrete URP + glue in the proportion 1:1.5) Pot life : @ 30 Degree C Packs misogynist : 20 kg, 5 kg, 1 kg   Surface for treatments must be thoroughly cleaned of all laitance, loose material, oils, greases etc. Mechanical ways such as wire brushing, shot stoping can be used, and finally vacuum cleaned of all loose solids and liquids. FOR REPAIRS : Mix Britcrete URP with neat glue in 1 :1.5 proportion by weight .Brush wield immediately for coating to rebars / cementitious substrates.Britcrete URP mortar must be unromantic when the stratify is tacky . While preparing repair mortars, 24 % to 35 % of Britcrete URP must be premixed with the water stuff used to mix with glue .The substrate must be wet surpassing overcoating, without glut of water over it. The repair mortar can be hands trowel unromantic to the required thickness. FOR WATERPROOFING: 2 coats of Britcrete URP + glue in the whilom proportion must be coated with a gap of 4 to 6 hours. Over using of mortar screed must be washed-up when the second stratify is tacky. Precautions & Limitations Not recommended for repairs of hair-trigger structures. Not to be used for cathodic treatments to rebar. Do not exceed an wing of 35 % of Britcrete URP for modifying concrete/mortars. (The information given herein is given in good faith.
