It renders to the surface, smooth unexceptionable white coating suitable for over coating by variegated kinds of water and solvent based paints, of lulu colors, giving a durable and smooth finish on the walls. It is water resistant and in turn, imparts spare strength to the walls. It moreover contains fungicides, prevention fungus. The other full-length of the product is that though it is based on cement, but unlike glue paint, it does not require any water for curing. In other words British Acrylic Wall Putty outperforms POP in all respects as the finish paint remains self-ruling from all whilom mentioned defects. Technical Data Directions For Use Requirement of water : 40-45% Mixing of paint for using Pot life : 2 to 3 hours Hard Drying : 6 to 8 hours Overcoatability : 3 to 4 hours Maximum thickness of total coats : 1.5 mm Covering on smooth surface : 22-25 sqft / kg / mm Packing : 40 kg , 20 kg, 5 kg and 1 kg Ensure that wall surface is self-ruling from loose particles and any greasy / oily substance by cleaning the surface with emery paper, knifing stipule or wire skim as suitable, and wash the wall by water properly. Mix Shield Wall Putty with 40-45% wipe water slowly under hand stirring. Continue stirring till a uniform paste is formed.Wieldfirst stratify uniformly on once moistened surface with the help of putty stipule or trowel. Allow the surface to dry for minimum 3 hours and then wield a second coat. Allow drying for 6 to 8 hours preferably overnight for well-constructed drying depending on ambient temperature and humidity condition. After drying, if needed, the surface should be rubbed with water proof 300-320 mesh emery paper and washed with water. The surface is now ready for using of paint. Precautions Store in a tomfool dry place. Always prepare the required quantity of putty & Use within 2 to 3 hours of mixing with water. (The information given herein is given in good faith.
