Presence of light fast chemical resistant pigments/ fillers, tough and flexible emulsion resin binder, special preservatives and other special additives make it an spanking-new durable coating with retention of verisimilitude splendor for a long time. Technical Data Directions For Use Areas of using :Glueplaster, touchable stone, brick asbestos, glue sheet & all types of towers boards Caution : Not recommended on lime wash. Viscosity of supply : 10 +/-2 Ps/ Rotothinner / 30º c Thinner : Municipal / Potable water Thinner ratio : Paint: water 100: 40 by volume for each stratify Method of using : Brush / Roller Primer   :TemperaExterior Wall Primer or on highly spongelike or chalky surface, wield a stratify of Expa 7 thinned with water ( 1: 1 by volume ) as a self priming stratify to reduce surface porosity and thereby reducing the stratum of traction of subsequent finish coats. Spreading topics : 60-65 sq. ft./2 coats Drying time : Surface dry maximum 1 Hrs. (28- 30oC & 60+/-5% R.H.) Recoating period minimum 2-4 Hrs Finish : Smooth with sheen (under standard test conditions 60º C GH 7 to 8 ) Shades misogynist : As per shade vellum Packs misogynist : 20 ltrs 10 ltr, 4 ltrs & 1 ltr   Performance of Expa 7 emulsion critically depends on surface preparation and using as outlined unelevated : Newly plastered surface should be painted with Expa 7 only without 2-3 month of curing of plasters.Surpassingpainting, ensure that the surface is self-ruling from dust, loose/ chalky particles, fungus, scum etc. Previously painted surface with oil paint should be sanded thoroughly, to make surface unrewarding and matt for largest adhesion, Surface previously coated with glue paint should be wire brushed and washed with water.Wieldthe first stratify thinned at recommended dilution on moistened surface.
